Fig & Honey Spritz | The Gilded Glass

Golden Fig & Honey Spritz

— Spritz de Figue Dorée

A golden-hued spritz cocktail with fresh figs, ice cubes, and sprigs of thyme in a vintage coupe glass

Sunset in a glass — golden, herb-kissed, and summer’s perfect sendoff.

This luminous spritz combines golden fig preserves, fresh thyme, and a kiss of honey with sparkling wine and a splash of soda water. It’s floral, fruity, and gently effervescent — a drink made for golden hour clinks, August birthdays, and alfresco toasts under twinkle lights. Santé! Part of The Gilded Table: August Edition.

Notes:
For a mocktail version, substitute sparkling water or non-alcoholic prosecco. The fig and honey syrup can be made ahead and stored chilled for several days. Garnish with extra thyme, fig slices, or edible flowers for an elegant touch.
