CARAMELIZED ONION & GRUYÈRE SCONES
— Scones aux Oignons Caramélisés et au Gruyère

Cool onions completely before mixing to keep the dough tender. Brush tops with buttermilk and a pinch of grated Gruyère for extra color. These freeze beautifully — reheat at 350°F (175°C) for 5–7 minutes.
