Lavender-Honey Madeleines

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon lavender flowers
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • White chocolate for dipping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter, eggs, honey, and lavender.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Fill madeleine pans and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Once cooled, dip in melted white chocolate and allow to set.
